1. Introduction

Welcome to RateMyInsta! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RateMyInsta app (“App”), including all related services and features. By using RateMyInsta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use RateMyInsta, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access the features of RateMyInsta, you must create an account. You may do so by:

• Logging in with Apple
• Logging in with your email address

When signing up for the first time, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Instagram username
• Age
• Occupation
• Gender

This information is used to customize the AI response during the rating process.

4. Credits and Payments

RateMyInsta uses a credit system to rate Instagram accounts. Each rating costs 20 credits. When you create an account, you will receive 20 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased within the App.

5. Use of AI for Ratings

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze your Instagram account, including pictures and captions. This data is not collected or stored; it is only used for the purpose of providing the rating.
